I am a qualified Life Coach specialising in working with teaching and support staff in an educational setting.

With 27 years of teaching experience in an independent school,  I spent the last 10 years as Head of Pastoral Care, Deputy Head (Pastoral) & Safeguarding Lead. I also trained as an Adult Mental Health First Aider, mentored staff and represented staff wellbeing.  

Considering my vast experience in school and passion for guiding people, a natural shift has steered me towards life-coaching.

I have coached a significant number of staff and have had a positive impact on their decision-making and confidence.
